Rather than speaking in OS versions, what versions of gpicview are we
talking about here? Are any other SVGs affected?

** Description changed:

  Steps to reproduce:
  1. Download the SVG file attached below
  2. Try to open it with GPicView

  Expected result:
The file opens normally and is shown without any glitches.

  Actual result:
Some strange black and green boxes appear.
-
- Notes:
- This issue doesn't affect every distribution - for example, on Fedora 27
(with KDE), the file is shown in GPicView without any problems.
-
- Description: Ubuntu Trusty Tahr (development branch)
- Release: 14.04

- First make a svg file with text in it for example in inkscape. Then try to
open this file with gpicview I was using pcmanfm by double clicking on it.
-
- Instead as in the picture it shows the square boxes with what is

- opening it and on the thumbnail in pcmanfm.
