No thanks, we don't need any of those. I suggest next you should: 1. Install SSH: sudo apt install openssh-server 2. Log into the affected machine remotely from a second machine using ssh. 3. On the second machine start watching the log: journalctl -f 4. On the affected machine: reproduce the freeze. 5. Copy/screenshot/photo the final state of the log and provide it here.
