Can also confirm that 4.13.0-26-generic causes the computer to fail to resume from hibernation. Downgrading to 4.10.0-42-generic fixes the problem.
Computer: Dell XPS 13 9360 BIOS: 2.5.0 When attempting to resume from hibernation, the LUKS password prompt is displayed, but the screen goes black immediately after entering the password. The Caps Lock key does not work, so I assume the kernel hangs.
