Try 'man nvidia-xconfig'. There are a lot of options here, and what works for 
one, may not work for all. Try to think back as to whether there was anything 
you needed to tweak for your card in Feisty.. Personally, in Feisty, I had to 
add this to the "Screen" section of xorg.conf to keep my screen from locking up:
     Option "NvAGP" "0"
In Gutsy, this is accomplished by "sudo nvidia-xconfig --nvagp=0".

If you still have it available, look back at your Feisty xorg.conf for
hints that may determine what you need to add.

For reference purposes, according to nvidia, these cards are supported by the 
nvidia-glx-new driver:
