The keyboard key repeat is working correctly but I still lost write permissions to my network samba share.
** Tags added: apport-collected xenial ** Description changed: After update, I noticed that I no longer had write permissions to a samba share (other devices still had write permissions). Also my keyboard would not repeat a key press more than 5 times (if at all). After reverting to the older kernel, those issues were gone. + --- + ApportVersion: 2.20.1-0ubuntu2.15 + Architecture: amd64 + DistroRelease: Ubuntu 16.04 + InstallationDate: Installed on 2017-09-13 (125 days ago) + InstallationMedia: Lubuntu 16.04.3 LTS "Xenial Xerus" - Release amd64 (20170801) + Package: linux (not installed) + ProcEnviron: + LANGUAGE=en_US + TERM=xterm + PATH=(custom, no user) + LANG=en_US.UTF-8 + SHELL=/bin/bash + Tags: xenial + Uname: Linux 4.15.0-041500rc8-generic x86_64 + UnreportableReason: The running kernel is not an Ubuntu kernel + UpgradeStatus: No upgrade log present (probably fresh install) + UserGroups: + + _MarkForUpload: True -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1743143 Title: linux-image-4.13.0-26-generic bugs To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux/+bug/1743143/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
