I think you miss-understood me.
How can I install lvm2 if I can't finish the installation?

The installation it-self is the problem. it doesn't allow me to manually
configure the disks in the way I want it!

Example with 3 disks:
- disk 1: windows and /boot
- disk 2: /
- disk 3: /home and swap

Requirements:
- dual boot
- full encrypted disks
- lvm to be able to set /home and swap in the same disk

* It would be the same issue if there was one or 2 disks!
Example, one disk with 3 partitions:
- windows
- /boot
- Encrypted partition
  - LVM:
    - /
    - swap
