I think you miss-understood me. How can I install lvm2 if I can't finish the installation?
The installation it-self is the problem. it doesn't allow me to manually configure the disks in the way I want it! Example with 3 disks: - disk 1: windows and /boot - disk 2: / - disk 3: /home and swap Requirements: - dual boot - full encrypted disks - lvm to be able to set /home and swap in the same disk * It would be the same issue if there was one or 2 disks! Example, one disk with 3 partitions: - windows - /boot - Encrypted partition - LVM: - / - swap -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1722222 Title: Ubuntu 17.10 Desktop installation: LVM missing on alternative partitioning To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+bug/1722222/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
