Reproduce Steps:
0. Login ubuntu 17.10 using Wayland
1. Open Gvim
2. Move Gvim window to partially out of current desktop
3. Press i to change current mode to insert mode <- problem
4. Input some chars and new lines
5. Press ESC to return to normal mode
6. Press j or k to move cursor <- problem


The problem is:
gvim window will freeze unless:
1. you move your mouse
2. wait a few seconds
