I solve my problem, Ubuntu has configuring my video how "vesa" in the xorg.conf. This cause the reboot. To solve this is necessary to boot in single mode (press F6 in livecd menu boot, delete "quiet" and "splash" options and include "single") and edit the /etc/X11/xorg.conf (pico /etc/X11/xorg.conf). My video card is a Nvidia, so i use the "nv" driver. Go to the section "Device" and change the driver from "vesa" to "nv". Save the xorg.conf (in pico CTRL+O) and use the command "init 5" to boot in graphical mode...
