Public bug reported:

System is going down. I can't get a terminal, so I can't paste syslog.

This is not a serious issue. I'm just posting it because the installer
asked me to.

Title:
I don't know why it crashed I've done this a few times. Maybe it's
because I plugged in a keyboard and flash drive while it was
installing. Basically I'm installing a 2nd (encrypted) ubuntu into a
LVM volume with EFI booting etc. There's already a non-encrypted LVM
ubuntu volume. I'm just testing different setups in virtualbox.
