Is there any ability to get this looked at before 18.04? I have to instruct everyone here to choose a location in the US during installation so that the language settings are setup correctly. Then after install, we go to Date and Time to set the timezone to Ethiopia.
Since Ubuntu is wanting diagnostics from users on install country, Ethiopia will never be counted! We have over 100 installs now and will likely double this or even more in the next year.
