I know gnome-shell's CPU requirements are way too high right now. In
reproducing and fixing this bug I think it's helpful to developers in
noting what model CPU is affected.

gnome-shell causes a very high CPU load which seems to make the system
unusable sluggish.
When moving a window the CPU usage of gnome-shell raises to over 90 %.
