I ran this from the terminal:
sudo apt-get install -f
sudo apt-get clean
sudo apt-get update

and it did some stuff and I got this at the end:
"dpkg: error processing package linux-image-4.4.0-66-generic (--configure):
package linux-image-4.4.0-66-generic is not ready for configuration
 cannot configure (current status 'half-installed')
Errors were encountered while processing:
 linux-image-4.4.0-66-generic
E: Sub-process /usr/bin/dpkg returned an error code (1)"

Bug is CONFIRMED ...
