Hello Balint, or anyone else affected, Accepted pyxs into artful-proposed. The package will build now and be available at https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/pyxs/0.4.1+dfsg1-0ubuntu1~17.10.0 in a few hours, and then in the -proposed repository.
