Public bug reported: When I lock my screen, or the session becomes locked due to inactivity, I can see and interact with the dock on the lock screen.
I am able to launch applications, though I cannot see the applications or interact with them until I log in. But upon logging in, those applications are open. I am using the dash-to-dock extension.
