Well, after trying with several other apps, I came to the conclusion that this problem is not the apps's fault, nor the snap. Maybe there's something wrong with ubuntu budgie 18.04 since I could use ibus with libreoffice last time in ubuntu 17.10, but in this version it doesn't work at all.
