texstudio-qt4 2.12.8-1 is not in Ubuntu! There is no binary package with
the name texstudio-qt4 and the latest version in Ubuntu at the moment is
2.12.6+debian-2.

You seem to have installed texstudio from the upstream website on top of
the package available in Ubuntu so there is no way this is going to
work. Texstduio 2.12.8 will be in Debian soon (and a short while later
in Ubuntu), but you cannot mix Ubuntu versions with upstream versions,
as upstream only has one package while in Ubuntu/Debian the contents is
spread out over several packages (doc, l10n, ...).
