My problems had always been in feisty, not gusty. Also, we can't expect that this type of bug will be fixed unless it is something that is reproducible in some way. I, for one, am not getting these crashes anymore, getting rid of gnash solved my problem. I would recommend that someone who is, should run the debug versions of the key packages and try to capture more output about and relating to the crashes. We would need something that is reproducible in order to fix either fix or give enough information to developers to fix it.
