same here, ultra fresh install, xfce4-terminal crashes whole xserver
solved by setting in default display depth to 16 bits xorg.conf
it says it has a Silicon Integrated Systems [SiS] 86C326 5598/6326
might be true, :P its an old pci video card, 8mb
the rest? PIII800, 384mb, asus cuv4x
im not sure what info would be useful for you, ill just paste some of
