nvml (1.3.1-0ubuntu1~ppa17) bionic; urgency=medium

  * Do not build examples. Something changed in the bionic toolchain and the
    examples no longer build. See

There was some toolchain change in ubuntu bionic in the past few days that
broke the build:

https://lists.ubuntu.com/archives/ubuntu-devel/2018-April/040289.html

I don't know yet what that is about, so I disabled some example building
in the meantime. I've seen in the logs that some examples are still
built, but at least the failure doesn't happen anymore.

~ppa18 is my new Ubuntu Archive Admin review candidate, which I will
submit shortly. It would be great if you could give it another round of
testing.

I'll now switch back to ndctl and bring that one into compliance.
