Public bug reported:

I do remote support on some Ubuntu machines using reverse VNC.
On my machine I execute:
vncviewer -listen
The remote users connect to my machine with a shortcut on their desktops that
executes the following command:
x11vnc -connect <my host>:5500

This all worked very well until the update to 7.10. Now all I get is a
static picture of the screen. Remote users can see my mouse movements
but nothing is updated on my screen.

When I use the -noxdamage option for x11vnc it basically works but with
a very bad performance. Telling users to switch off desktop effects is
also sad as this was the big selling point of the latest release.

** Affects: libvncserver (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
