Public bug reported:

After an upgrade from 16.04 to 18.04 deb-src entries in
/etc/apt/sources.list are still set to xenial rather than bionic.

These lines are commented out by default so it's not an issue until the
source repo is enabled. For instance a script that automates enabling
source repositories may just uncomment the line, however in this case
additional logic would need to be added to also update the release name.
