just purge hold libs first before install update/upgrade (i used update-
manager !)

sudo apt autoclean
sudo apt clean
sudo apt autoremove --purge

with update manager you have the problem with command line not if you
purge hold lib. & .config first

if problem with lvm2 (like me...) or with libvirt-daemon-system uninstall 
"packets errors" purge  clean autoclean autoremove and reinstall them again
no error now
