Public bug reported:

I have windows 10 installation on UEFI mode in other partition. I
recently removed Ubuntu 16.04 partition to do a fresh installation of
Ubuntu 18.04. But when I install it through bootable USB, I get the
error during grub-2 installation process.

"`grub-efi-amd64-signed` package failed to install into / target/"
