I am still having problems connecting to my WEP encrypted hidden network. Attached is the relevant portion of my syslog during the time that my NetworkManager is trying to connect to the router.
Mark Ferguson helped to point out one of the key problems. In the syslog, at line 19, despite my network being hidden, NetworkManager is trying to run AP_SCAN 1 for some reason, rather than AP_SCAN 2.
