Public bug reported: System: Ubuntu 18.04 LTS (Lubuntu) Package: grub-efi-amd64-signed 1.93+2.02-2ubuntu8
1) The system is Lubuntu 18.04. During its install the installer (ubiquity) rebooted too soon without showing any success message.
