Confirmed by me on 2018-05-11 18.04 Fresh install on 2018-05-05 INTEL NUC BOX7I7BNH Symptoms the same; re signin. After a couple of restarts and tries I out-waited it and home screen appeared. Took 15 min. Looks normal now
