When the Files Nightly Flatpak is updated (at the moment it's a 3.28.0 build from March 2018), someone should install that and test this issue. .desktop file support has been removed from Files master so this can be closed as Won't Fix if this works in that. https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/nautilus/issues/184
