In case the freezes are caused by something crashing, please also: 1. Look in /var/crash for crash files and if found run: ubuntu-bug /var/crash/YOURFILE.crash and tell us the ID of any new bug created. 2. Check for older crashes send from your system by looking at https://errors.ubuntu.com/user/ID where ID is the contents of /var/lib/whoopsie/whoopsie-id.
