What software is used by Ubuntu Project or Canonical Company internally,
has little bearing as to what we ship in main.

What matters is what we ship for our users, and what is best for them.

In 2018, I would not recommend people to deploy a wiki full stop, nor a
python2 service. I'd recommend them to use a forkable github pages or a
static website generated from a git repository using e.g. jerkyll.

Moin has been demoted.
