Little update here: I tried ubuntu server 16.04 with HWE (4.13.0-36-generic) and lxd 3.0 + zfs 0.7.5 (latest from bionic repo) - and it seems there is no such bug with 4.13 kernel.
After that I updated kernel (from bionic repo again - 4.15.0-22-generic) - and but appear again: zfs hangs if my lxd ct restarts (on mount again). So now I am kind of sure that it is kernel bug.
