At the top I see "Fix released". Bunkum. Ubuntu 64bit 16.04, LibreOffice 6.0.4.2, on a Dell XPS laptop.
I create a new document with LibreOffice Writer, bullet some lines in it, save it as a .docx. When I open it, the bullets are rectangles containing a question mark. If this is a font issue, how come they displayed correctly when I created them? How can a basic bug like this persist for so long?
