According to https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/soundtouch the package is maintained by the Debian Multimedia Team, so I guess contact them to notify them of the urgency of updating the Soundtouch package. I do not know if they receive notifications from Launchpad automatically, so I sent an email to debian-multime...@lists.debian.org
