Please follow these steps:
- Intall r8168-dkms and reboot
- Use kernel parameter "pcie_aspm=force"
- Run this as root "echo powersave > /sys/module/pcie_aspm/parameters/policy"
- Run "powertop --auto-tune"
- Check the C-State in powertop
