I couldn't understand why my laptop screen kept dropping brightness to
very low level when on battery power, even if I pushed the slider up to
100%.
Well, I found out it operates in reverse:
Set it to 20% for 80% brightness, 30% for 70% brightness, 0% for 100%
brightness etc.
