OK, I have test binaries for kdebase-bin and kmilo prepared in my PPA. If you would like to test it, add this to your /etc/apt/sources.list :
deb http://ppa.launchpad.net/lure/ubuntu gutsy main Then run apt-get update and upgrade. Then you need to logout/login (or restart the system) to test.
