Retested on 62.0~b7+build1 + Ubuntu 16.04.3 LTS "Xenial Xerus". Installation of new add-ons works as expected. FF update totally delete all previously installed plugins. So you need to re-install them manually - the good thing is that all add-ons configurations are saved. Just install one more time plugins and you're done.
