Public bug reported:
Users are unable to drag a file with the right mouse button, then
selecting the action such as "Copy here, Move here, Create shortcut here
and Cancel". User is forced to use the left mouse button to select a
file, cut or copy, then paste it to another folder.
The Drag functionality simply does not exist by default in Ubuntu 7.10.
