OK! after i had fixed an other bug #147429 the upgrade worked without problems. i reboot the computer and everything seems to works fine. i must say, that only an advanced user can manage it to upgrade from feisty to gutsy. so the patch from #154493 should get apply in the mainstream repositpries. also the dpkg --configure -a command should take place in the upgrade process. it would live make esasier. thanks to all people for help!
