Public bug reported:
1. Open xfce4-terminal, open two tabs.
2. Change default window size/position, so you can see difference.
3. Execute command
xfce4-terminal --tab
RESULT: Tabs created - OK, terminal windows resized - NOT OK.
This incorrect behavior appears at хubuntu/bionic.
Хubuntu/xenial works correctly.
