Public bug reported: When I run do-release-upgrade from an Ubuntu 16.04 LTS, it looks into http://changelogs.ubuntu.com/meta-release-lts, but there is not description of Ubuntu 18.04.1 there. I believe this is now a bug because the release note says: "Upgrades from 16.04 LTS will not be enabled until a few days after 18.04.1's release expected in late July." August 13th is far from a few days after 18.04.1 has been released. Is there any good reason to not propose an upgrade from 16.04 to 18.04.1 yet?
