xmlrpc-c (1.06.21-1) unstable; urgency=low

  * new upstream release
  * Wasn't building with curl support, needed to add libcurl4-openssl-dev
    to the list of build-dependencies.  Thanks to Bas van Sisseren for 
    catching this (closes: #309954).
