I fixed libgpg-error: libgpg-error (1.4-2ubuntu3) gutsy; urgency=low . * Configure with libdir=/lib, so that reverse build dependencies don't look for the library in /usr/lib because the .la says so. (see LP #139635) * Do not install the .la file, we want to get rid of them in the long term anyway.
