Public bug reported:
Package: libqt5webview5 (5.11.1-2) in the Cosmic development branch is
missing the dependency on libqt5webengine5 (which was existing in
previous versions of the package). This causes a segmentation fault when
QWebView::initialize() is called and libqt5webengine5 is not installed.
