Hi There, Seems that your DB is not running:
File "/usr/lib/python3/dist-packages/django/db/backends/postgresql_psycopg2/base.py", line 176, in get_new_connection connection = Database.connect(**conn_params) File "/usr/lib/python3/dist-packages/psycopg2/__init__.py", line 164, in connect conn = _connect(dsn, connection_factory=connection_factory, async=async) django.db.utils.OperationalError: could not connect to server: Connection refused Is the server running on host "localhost" (127.0.0.1) and accepting TCP/IP connections on port 5432? I would ensure that postgresql is running and then sudo apt-get -f install. THat shoudl esolve your issue. ** Changed in: maas (Ubuntu) Status: New => Incomplete -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1791110 Title: package maas-region-controller 2.3.0-6434-gd354690-0ubuntu1~16.04.1 failed to install/upgrade: subprocess installed post-installation script returned error exit status 1 To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/maas/+bug/1791110/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
