This is pretty annoying here (Kubuntu Gutsy/ OOo 2.3, too!) I found another thread covering this topic: https://bugs.launchpad.net/baltix/+source/openoffice.org/+bug/138493 I am back to wine/MS Office until it's fixed. I just realized it bothers me quite a bit! --hasi.
