Just tested this again on today's Cosmic daily build 20181002 Lubuntu desktop i386 and no problem with the Discover software, again this was installed on a Dell Optiplex GX620 - 1 Gb RAM. The software loaded even faster than the Cosmic beta release Lubuntu desktop i386.
