I downloaded the source code of gtk+-2.10.3 and tried to compile, it stopped asking for the development package of libtiff4.
The error log is : configure: WARNING: *** TIFF loader will not be built (TIFF library not found) *** configure: error: *** Checks for TIFF loader failed.
