Hi Steve-- I'm the one that posted the fix for Gnome PPP. You need to compile a .tar version of gnome ppp (I'm at work--I'll send you a address to download if you want it) & either install it to your /usr/local or like I did--just replace the stock Gnome PPP with the compiled one--I'll guide you thru either way if you want it.....if you replace it, the next update to gnome ppp will replace it anyway.
