Sorry, looking into it, its a fault from debconf, in the file '/var/cache/debconf/config.dat' there is the entry
Name: webalizer/logfile Template: webalizer/logfile Value: /var/log/apache/access.log.1 Owners: webalizer Fresh install of Gutsy, both in i386 and amd64.
