Eventually this transitions to the laock screen but still freezes. I can move the mouse the entire time. Eventually after a period of time I can access the password screen and all is normal but total duration can be 2 minutes or more. In 18.04 I did not have this issue. I have marked it as a security vulnerability as if I close my lid and sensitive data was visible on screen opening the lid will show this instead of the lock screen. ** Affects: gnome-shell (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New -- return from lock is extremely slow https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1800308 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to the bug report. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
